ASHLODE SHIPPING POLICY

Every ASHLODE product is made to order. After you place your order, production begins within 1 to 2 business days. Your order is then dispatched and delivered within the timeframes below.

Estimated delivery times:

Europe — 10 to 17 business days from order date. United Kingdom — 10 to 17 business days from order date. Middle East — 12 to 20 business days from order date. Rest of World — 14 to 25 business days from order date.

Shipping costs:

Free shipping is included on all orders to most destinations worldwide. A small shipping contribution applies to certain remote destinations and will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly with the carrier.

Customs and import duties:

For orders outside the United Kingdom, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. ASHLODE is not responsible for any customs delays.

Lost or delayed orders:

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at ashlodewear@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Address accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. ASHLODE is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
